Jonny is a Commercial Real Estate Professional with a well-rounded background spanning brokerage, acquisitions, and property management. He earned his degree in Real Estate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023 and completed a certificate from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Jonny began his career on the acquisitions side at VanRock Properties, where he spent two years evaluating investment opportunities and supporting strategic deal execution. He now serves as part of the brokerage team at VanRock Commercial Real Estate, focusing on leasing, investment sales, and advisory services. In this role, he helps clients make informed, results-driven decisions across a wide range of asset types.

Earlier in his career, Jonny gained valuable experience in property management at Carriage House Management, developing a strong foundation in operations, tenant relations, and asset performance. This hands-on operational insight continues to inform his approach to every deal.
